Come and join us to experience the latest updates in morphology, interact with hematology experts, and advance your knowledge and career. Accepted abstracts will be published in THE MALAYSIAN JOURNAL OF PATHOLOGY (MJPATH), a scopus – indexed journal.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could forward this exciting news to your colleagues and encourage them to submit abstracts. We are looking forward to your attendance and participation.
Guidelines For Abstract Submission
MMLHS Scientific Meeting and Morphology Workshop 2025, to be held on 26th-28th August 2025, invites abstracts for e-poster or oral presentations.
1. Scientific material must be original, unpublished, and not accepted for publication or presentation at another meeting/ conference.
2. All presenting authors must register for the conference.
3. The corresponding authors may submit a maximum number of TWO (2) abstracts per participant either as e-poster or oral presentation.
4. Once the abstract is accepted, the e-poster should be submitted in PDF format. For the oral presentation, it should be submitted in PPT format to us via email.
5. The duration for the oral presentation should not exceed 10 minutes (including 2 minutes Q&A).
6. Further details regarding e-poster and oral presentations will be informed via email once finalized by the committee.
7. Hardcopy and faxed abstracts WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
8. All accepted abstracts will be included in the program book.
9. All the accepted abstracts will be published in THE MALAYSIAN JOURNAL OF PATHOLOGY (MJPath, Scopus, WOS). Therefore, submission of abstracts constitutes the authors’ consent for publication of abstracts.
10. The deadline for abstract submission is 30th JUNE 2025. The abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
1. All abstracts must be submitted by uploading to the google form: Abstract Submission Form
2. Abstract templates for Research article and Case report/series are available at (Link to Abstract Template).
3. The abstracts must be submitted under one of the following sections:
• White blood cells disorders
• Red blood cells disorders
• Platelet disorders
• Haemostatic disorders
• Haematopoietic stem cells transplantation
• Blood bank / transfusion
• Laboratory and quality management
• Flowcytometry/Immunophenotyping
4. All abstracts submitted will be acknowledged through email within three (3) working days upon receipt.
5. Please contact the Conference Secretariat if you do not receive the acknowledgement email.
6. All abstracts will be evaluated against Originality, Study Design, Study Quality, Statistical Methods, Ethical Issues, Content, and Importance/Relevance.
7. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the submitting author via email TWO weeks after submission or by 14 July 2025. Please contact secretariat if the participant do not received any notification.
8. The Judges’ decisions are final.
